How does Preset work?

Preset is a powerful Windows PC that you can access remotely. Launch the app, log in and start: picture and sound are played directly to your device. It's as easy as pie.

How do I subscribe and set up my Preset?

First you have to choose a plan between Freelance, Start-up and Company. Once chosen you can set up one or more Preset machines with the configurations of your choice. Choose the amount of RAM, storage, CPU and GPU according to your needs. Wait a few minutes, and you're ready to go!

How does pricing work?

The price of your subscription depends on two things: your offer (Freelance, Start-up or Company) and the configuration of each of your Preset machines. You can find the price of each component right here.

What do I need to use Preset?

Two things are needed to enjoy Preset: a stable internet connection and a device that is compatible with the latest web browsers or our native apps on phone, Android and IOS tablet, Windows PC or macOS.

Once I have subscribed, when can I use Preset?

For the vast majority of users, Preset is available within minutes of registration. After that, the installation of your Preset machine will depend on your configuration and takes an average of 10 minutes. You can launch your Preset machine as soon as the installation is complete!

What kind of Internet connection do I have to use Preset?

Preset automatically adapts to the available bandwidth: the higher the download speed, the better the video quality. 15 Mbps download speed and less than 40 ms ping are recommended for an optimal experience.

Which regions will Preset be available in?

In 2023 Preset will be accessible from anywhere in the world. However, we recommend being located in Europe near France, where we are setting up our first data centre, to have an optimal experience.
